  • How quickly can I get my product?
    All of our products are currently made to order in our workshop in Essex; other than our composite posts and composite modular fence slats. We say to allow 14-21 days for turnaround; although we always aim to get products out quicker if we can.
  • How do I care for my product?
    Other than the occasional wipe down, all our coated products* are maintainence free! *this does not apply to our fire pits, in particular, the weather steel option on our fire pits.
  • What are my  delivery options?
    We offer free UK delivery on all our products. For international delivery please contact us.
  • What guarantees do I get with my product?
    We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer warranties on all our products. Please see our warranties page for more details.
  • How easy it is to install your products?
    All of our products have been designed with the keen DIY-er in mind so we have tried to make them as simple as possible. Where installation is needed, further details can be found on each product description.
  • Do you provide colour samples?
    Yes. We provide small colour samples for our decorative panels and fence screens and our composite fence slats/posts. To request samples please click here and leave details of which products and samples you require.
