This warranty covers fire pits and BBQs that have been appropriately used, maintained and have not been modified. Example defects covered under this warranty include:

• Manufacturing defects 

 

Examples that are not covered under this warranty include:

• Fading

• Rusting 

• Paint erosion or chipping

• Normal wear and tear.

 

Your warranty begins on the date we deliver your product, and ends 10 years after that date.

 

Steel wall artwork

This warranty covers steel wall art that have been appropriately used, installed, maintained and have not been modified. Example defects covered under this warranty include:

• Rusting* 

• Corrosion*

• Manufacturing defects 

 

*this only applies to powder coated artwork and is not applicable to weathered rusted artwork.

 

Examples that are not covered under this warranty include:

• Colour fade (see separate warranty below)

• Normal wear and tear

• Physical damage such as burns and scratches.

Aluminium metalwork

This warranty covers aluminium decorative panels, fence screens and decorative slats that have been appropriately used, installed, maintained and have not been modified. Example defects covered under this warranty include:

• Rusting 

• Corrosion

• Manufacturing defects.

 

Examples that are not covered under this warranty include:

• Colour fading (see separate warranty below)

• Normal wear and tear

• Physical damage such as burns and scratches.

Composite fencing, posts and slats

This warranty covers composite fencing, posts and slats that have been appropriately used, installed, maintained and have not been modified. Example defects covered under this warranty include:

• Fading

• Rotting

• Splintering 

• Peeling

• Manufacturing defects 

 

Your warranty begins on the date we deliver your product, and ends 10 years after that date.

• Normal wear and tear

• Physical damage such as burns and stains.

Colour fade 

This warranty covers the paint coating of all aluminium and steel products (excluding fire pits) that have been appropriately used, installed, maintained and not have been modified. Example defects covered under this warranty include:

• Colour fade 

• Peeling

• Manufacturing defects.
